Stylish and functional
I was looking to replace my 'swim bag' because it was losing shape and the straps were not supportive. I have come late to swimming and this bag has ticked all the boxes - its supportive, roomy and stylish. It is packed up ready for me to walk to and from swimming and holds all the gear I need. The only extra would be smaller pockets inside the bag as its a long reach down for my glasses case and comb!

Can't trust stock levels or dispatch notification
Ordered a swimming fin for a last minute holiday so paid extra for next day shipping. Received a dispatch notification the next day to say the item had been shipped with tracking number included and then received a message to call them towards the end of the day. After several attempts at phoning back and held in call centre queue without success (they hang you up after each 5 minute wait) we are now in the next day and I find out they never had the item in stock and a dispatch notification does not, in fact, mean the item dispatched but only a label was printed... Disappointed to say the least. Would not use again. Stock levels cannot be trusted and internal communication clearly needs work as dispatch notifications are meaningless.

Returned a costume as advised on their website followed instructions and was given a reference by them - taken to same post office I always use and returned other items to Asos (eho received the return) yet Simply Swim advise me they have not received their return and have said there is nothing they can do about it! So I am £60 down and nothing to show for it ccustomer service is shocking do not order from this company unless uou intend to keep everything! Will NEVER ise again or recommend them!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the very prompt response to any questions asked , excellent in every way .
Terrible company
Terrible company. They refused to pay for my return postage on an item that was misdescribed on their website. So I will end up paying £4 delivery for an item that cost £14.99 and an additional £4 to return it.
The fins were described as fitting size 6 to 8. We needed size 6. The length was accurate but they were so wide that they wouldn't stay on (my daugher's foot is not narrow at all). I can't imagine anybody has a size 6 foot that wide. I explained that they did not fit a size 6 as described and please could I return for free. They insisted I pay the return postage. I will not use them again for our swim club purchases. I was trying to support an independent company and expect better service.
I see there are other very similar reviews to mine on here. It's a shame as if they had simply apologised that the item wasn't as described and offered to pay the return postage I would have used them again. I've been in a similar position with other purchases in the past and issues have been dealt with with much more respect for the customer.

Business under pressure i think.
Lockdown seems to have not only affected the bottom line at SimplySwim Reading ( RG1 8NQ) but their honesty in trading. I strongly suggest to any customers of Simply Swim to open all the packages that comes through to check the state of their order(s). I strongly recommend videoing the opening of your order(s) and the state of any returns before repackaging so that no “tricks” can be played to relieve you of your hard earned money.
We ordered 2 racing swim suits, kept one in the bigger size and since it fitted we did NOT bother opening the other package containing the smaller size swim suit. It was returned according to their policy, and a few days later was told it was not fit for resale as it appeared soiled by either deodorant or body lotion. The images sent to us as proof, in my opinion, clearly show that it is NOT the same race suit: the inside of the returned one is blue and the inside of the kept swim suit is grey.(I wish i could insert the images in this review but it seems impossible). They claim it was the lighting. As it is their words against ours, we lost £265!!
Simply Swim, you will NEVER AGAIN have our trust hence our business.
I will now proceed to write to TradingStandards UK.

I would give it 0 stars if I could haven’t received my order one week later after paying for next day have sent x4 emails have called endlessly. Keep getting through to the swim line and the shop who claim to be an online store never pick up . I still don’t have my order or the correct tracking or an acknowledgment for my order it’s a fraud company and
